We have a 15-day return policy. This means that the period within which you can request a return is 15 days after you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please confirm your order upon receipt and if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of products are not eligible for returns, such as perishable items (eg food, flowers or plants), custom products (eg special orders or custom items), and personal care products (eg beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the old product and purchase a new product separately after the return is received.
We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and confirmed, and will let you know if the return has been approved. Once approved, you will automatically return to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
